WeWork India members get Welocity at a member rate. Everything else is the same: send us a role, get four or five interviewed, pre-vetted, face-checked candidates within 48 hours, pay only when someone joins. WeWork India introduces you; Welocity does the work.

30% off our standard success fee, on every hire, for as long as your WeWork India membership is active. Not a first-hire promotion. The member rate is on the pricing page next to the standard rate so you can see the difference.

Any company with an active WeWork India membership, at any location in India, on any plan: private office, dedicated desk, enterprise floor or All Access. Startups, SMBs, enterprises and GCCs all qualify the same way.

Sign up with your company email and tell us which WeWork India location you're in. We confirm membership with the WeWork India community team. It takes a day, usually less, and you can send us your first role while it's being confirmed.

Yes. For contract roles the 30% comes off our service fee on the monthly rate. The contractor's own rate is unchanged.

No. Same Octo interviews, same deep technical assessment, same live face check, same 48-hour shortlist, same 90-day replacement guarantee, same account manager. The only thing that changes is the invoice.

No. Your agreement is with Welocity (NetConnect Private Limited), and your roles, shortlists and candidate data stay with us. WeWork India only knows that you're a member using the programme, so they can confirm eligibility.

No. We don't source from the teams of other WeWork India members, and we won't approach your people for other members' roles. Candidates come from the channels we use everywhere: direct applications, job boards, recruiter partners and referrals.

The member rate is 30% off the standard rate. If you're hiring at a volume where a bundled rate makes sense, we'll price that separately and you get whichever is better, not both. Either way you'll see it in writing before the first hire.

Roles that are already open with us keep the member rate until they're filled. New roles after your membership ends are billed at the standard rate. No penalties, no clawbacks.

No. Standard Welocity terms with a member rate schedule attached. If you'd rather use your own MSA, send it over.

Yes. Anyone can talk to Octo, for free, at any time. We'd just ask that you don't send us your whole team on a Friday afternoon.
